I would say a good mobile search engine like How
1. More developers getting burned by iPhone App development costs followed by rejections.
2. More businesses understanding that large companies like Google are betting on the mobile web vs. downloadable apps.
3. HTML 5.
4. Better discoverability (blogs, press and sites covering mobile web sites vs apps that exclude).
5. More companies seeing, utilizing and having success with it.
